This project involves organizing an Airtable database to reflect a clear hierarchy: Customers (restaurant owners), Restaurants (individual establishments owned by customers), Users (managers with access to performance data), and Card Users (servers with NFC IDs). The Softr app will display data tailored to each user’s restaurant. Performance review data will be pulled from Google Sheets (fetched via Apify) and visualized in a dashboard, showing live monthly metrics and comparisons with the previous year. Live data integration using Zapier will ensure that updates flow seamlessly into the database, populating the appropriate sections for real-time insights. This setup includes a spruced-up portal to present clean, actionable results efficiently.
